Moscow’s Dynamo ended a long drought by defeating Krasnodar 2-1 in the 29th round of the Russian Premier League on Monday. The victory marked the first time Dynamo have beaten the Bulls since April 2022, when they won 1-0 in the 23rd round of the 2021/2022 season.
The match took place at the VTB Arena — Central Stadium named after Lev Yashin in Moscow, with Inal Tanashev from Nalchik serving as the referee. 
Dynamo fell behind early after a 32nd-minute goal by Costa, but Konstantin Tyukavin equalized in the 48th minute. A stoppage-time strike from Sergeev in the 90+3rd minute sealed the comeback win. 
Following the result, Dynamo sit eighth in the league table with 42 points, while Krasnodar remain second with 63 points. Zenit St. Petersburg lead the standings with 65 points.
